Screen Printing Assistant & Print Production Position

We are looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented individual to join our talented production team full-time!

Details:

• Pay based on experience.

• This position is full-time and in-person at our shop in Minneapolis. Full-time is considered 40 hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Mixing and color matching inks.

• Loading and unloading garments.

• Registering projects.

• Post-production tear down.

• Follow production schedules and meet job deadlines.

• Maintain consistent print quality, registration, color, and placement throughout production runs.

• Keep the equipment and work areas clean and organized.

• Assist with other shop-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to carry up to 40 pounds.

• Ability to stand on your feet for most of the day.

• Must be able to retain focus while completing repetitive tasks that are detail-oriented.

• Able to perform repetitive motions while standing/bending for long periods of time.

• Comfortable working in a hot environment (80-90+ degrees F).

Characteristics:

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot problems.

• Self-starter, able to work independently.

Screen printing and embroidery experience is not required but is a plus!
