Pre-Orders + Custom Webstores
What Is A Pre-Order?
A pre-order is a limited order period (typically, 2 weeks) where customers can purchase items before they're made. Once the pre-order ends, we print and ship all orders in one batch.
Do I Need A Website Already?
Nope! We host the webstore for you, so there’s no need for an existing site or store. If you do have a website or social media page, we’ll give you a custom link that’s easy to promote.
How Will A Pre-Order Page Work?
We handle the full setup of your online merch store, so all you have to do is promote it. Here’s what’s included:
Branded to your project, band, or company.
Personalized product descriptions and size guides.
Fully functional store hosted on our platform.
Secure checkout with major payment methods (credit cards, PayPal, etc.).
Each item includes mockups, descriptions, and available sizes.
Customers can order any quantity during the pre-sale window.
We track all orders, handle backend logistics, and order fulfillment.
What Kind Of Prices Can I Expect?
The set-up fee for an online webstore is $150. The set-up fee is waived once you sell 50 units. The garments and printing vary depending on garment type, print size, and colors.
Your customers will pay a flat rate shipping fee to cover the postage for their item(s).
Please note that you must sell a minimum of 24 units during your pre-order period. If you do not sell at least 24 units, your customers will be refunded for their orders and your pre-order will be cancelled. The set-up fee is non-refundable in this case.
How Will I Get Paid?
Once the pre-order closes and orders are fulfilled, we send your payout via check or Venmo.
What Garments Are Available?
Screen printing and/or embroidered t-shirts, hoodies, tanks, hats, and more! Check out our online catalog!
How Long Will The Pre-Order Process Take?
Once your webstore is built and approved, here’s what you can expect:
Pre-order Window: 1 - 2 weeks (you choose).
Production & Shipping: 1 - 2 weeks after pre-orders close.
The total time for pre-orders is about 4 weeks.
What Can I Customize On The Webstore/Product Listing?
The title of your website.
Your logo and colors.
Banner/header graphics.
Product names, descriptions, and pricing.
Colors and styles offered.
Pricing Your Products:
We recommend setting your retail prices based on the 24 unit price break to make sure you don’t lose money if you sell fewer items than expected. The more you sell, the lower your production cost per item. But until the pre-order ends, we won’t know which price break you’ll hit.
For example:
A 3-color front print on Bella 3001 t-shirts:
24 units: $15.69 each
50 units: $13.02 each
If you price your shirts assuming the 50-unit rate ($13.02 each), but only sell 30, your actual cost will be the 24-unit rate ($15.69 each). That said, you’re free to set your own prices! Just keep the tiered pricing in mind when making your decision.
Can I Preview The Page Before It Goes Live?
Absolutely. Once we build it, we’ll send you a private preview link so you can request any edits before your webstore goes live.
